We offer free delivery worldwide.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouses, you will receive a tracking link by email, enabling you to follow its progress.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal. However, we do not accept checks, money orders or bank transfers.
We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items. If you would still like to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, provided the claim is made within 14 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are not on sale. For more information, please read more about our refund policy.
Once you have done this, validate your selection by clicking on "Payment". The payment page will open and you can take full advantage of the offer by entering the code, which will automatically apply the discount.
Example: A promotion is available on the site "Buy Product A, get Product B for free" with the code "PROMO". I select Product A as well as Product B, which corresponds to a predefined selection of items. Both items are now in my basket, and I can click on the "Payment" button and enter my "PROMO" code in the next step.
